Hello, Neighbor! Do you live or work in Metro Denver? If so, hand delivery is available. We will also hand deliver to Castle Rock and Parker. View map to see if you are within 17 miles of downtown Denver, Colorado Due to the nature of our products, ALL packages are shipped insured. Merchandise insured for more than $200.00 will require the recipient's signature at time of delivery. You pay a flat rate of $5.90 for shipping, plus insurance. (see chart below) We will e-mail you when your package ships and you may expect delivery within 2-3 days to most locations. Whenever possible, we reuse packing material - boxes, bubble wrap, etc. - to ship your luxury home fragrance products. (This may not say luxury to you, but it helps us to keep our costs down for packaging. It also means, we can spend more on consistantly high quality essential oils.) Safety and Usage pages included with all orders are printed on paper made with 30 - 100% post consumer recycled content. International ShippingWe are currently shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. * * Chart = 4 lbs (1.8144 kilograms) max. weight, including packaging. * * example: four - diffuser kits, one - 3 oz candle and sample tealights = 4 lbs. The diffusers were taken out of the boxes and individually wrapped. Gift bags were included to be used as presentation for gift giving.
